Learn more and apply at: https://tow|6 The Town of Concord is seeking an energetic, team-oriented, self-starter to join our Facilities team as a Building Custodian. This is an opportunity to have a direct, meaningful impact on people’s lives by performing cleaning & basic maintenance of public buildings & grounds (not schools) to ensure safe, clean and sanitary facilities. Position requires equivalent to a high school education and 1 year of related experience, good communication and basic computer skills.

Candidates must have a valid Driver’s License and ability to use personal vehicle during workday,

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 11:00AM to 7:00PM. Starting salary range: $25.50 to $30.47 per hour, starting pay rate depending on qualifications, plus paid leave, health, dental, and vision insurance, and pension benefits. This is a full-time position. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Appointment of the final candidate will be contingent upon the results of pre-placement conditions including criminal and motor vehicle record checks, a physical exam, and a drug screening.

Costs for these pre-placement requirements will be borne by the Town.
