Key Responsibilities- Oversee end‑to‑end supply chain planning of a portfolio of AR / MSP solutions, ensuring materials are delivered on time to meet project requirements.
- Proactively identify supply chain risks, implement robust mitigation strategies, and communicate potential disruptions to stakeholders to maintain business continuity.
- Drive supply chain delivery performance by owning key metrics, addressing constraints, and influencing stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks effectively.
- Lead timely risk assessments and provide transparent updates to stakeholders, outlining risks and actionable plans to achieve supply stability.
- Partner with Field Service, Hardware Engineering, Logistics, Commodity Management, and Purchasing teams to evaluate and communicate the impact of changes to the demand and supply plan.
- 5+ years of supply chain planning experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements; hands‑on experience with SQL / Tableau
- Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Supply chain planning system experience – Kinaxis, SAP, or Oracle
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master’s degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics, or an equivalent STEM field
- APICS Certification is a plus

Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: – USD annually (USA, MA, N. Reading). Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
