Position Overview:
Human Edge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Surgical Technologist to support a busy Operating Room in Concord, Massachusetts. This role is ideal for a flexible, team-oriented CST with strong acute care OR experience.

Schedule Details:

• Days, 40 hours per week

• Mixed shifts:
– 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
– 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12-hour shifts)

• Schedule consists of 2x8s and 2x12s per week

Call Requirements:

• Rotational call based on unit needs

• Baseline expectation:
– Approximately one weekday call every other week (backup to staffed night shift)
– One weekend call shift per month (24 hours)

• Additional call may be assigned as needed by the OR

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Surgical Technologist experience

• Travel experience required

• NBSTSA (CST) certification required

• BLS certification required
