Location: Concord, MA
Pay Rate: $20–$23 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday; may include some evening or weekend flexibility)

We are excited to share that our brand-new treatment center in Concord, MA has officially opened and is now providing Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment for adults. PositionSummary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our facility. This role provides essential administrative support to clinical and operational teams through effective communication, scheduling, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers, scanners, fax machines, and computers
- Answer phones, direct calls, and take accurate messages
- Communicate with staff, clients, and external partners to provide information and resolve inquiries
- Maintain and update filing systems, inventories, and databases
- Compile, sort, and file records of business transactions and administrative activities
- Provide general office support and assist with scheduling needs
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with administrative and regulatory standards
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Education:
High school diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - Experience:
Prior administrative experience required; behavioral healthcare setting experience is a plus - Skills:
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills; proficiency with standard office software
