Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $18 – $20 per hour, based on experience

We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new substance use treatment center in Concord, MA. Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where clients can focus on recovery. We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and help ensure a clean, comfortable, and healing environment for all clients, staff, and visitors.

The Housekeeper plays a key role in creating and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment by performing daily cleaning and housekeeping duties across patient rooms, clinical areas, offices, and shared spaces.

• Clean and replace linens in client bedrooms following discharge.
• Maintain clean and stocked bathrooms with linens, toiletries, and supplies.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Complete daily work assignments using checklists to ensure thoroughness.
• Use appropriate cleaning supplies and chemicals in line with procedures.
• Follow safety and infection control practices, including hand hygiene and precautions.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all assigned areas.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to handle crisis or risk situations calmly and appropriately.

• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and use hands frequently.
• Occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception.
