You will be working with the Assistant and Director of Residential Services to provide a broad oversight of your assigned residence. You will function as a role model and an effective leader for the assigned residence, using teamwork as the foundation for the effective functioning of the program. In this role you will provide day to day oversight of the operation and staffing of assigned residence.
As the House Manager, you will maintain the clinical integrity of the program and ensure that the developmental, physical, emotional, and social needs of the consumers are met within the context of a Positive Behavior Support (PBS) model. You will assist the Assistant Director with all program management duties, ensuring that all consumers receive the highest quality of services possible.
You will take an active role in the development and improvement of the Residential Program and the agency as a whole with the goal of ensuring a best practices program and agency, including (but not limited to) the development and maintenance of the new best practices' initiatives and the development of new Residential programs.

- Prepare Individual Service Plans Assessments and progress notes
- Responsible for managing all health care needs and medications prescribed to residents
- Complete financial assessments and develop training plans to maximize each individual's responsibility for their personal finances
You will provide ongoing staff supervision separately and in conjunction with the Assistant Director, as well as function in a backup capacity for one or more House/Case Managers in their absence.
Requirements Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in a social service field or the equivalent of 2 years related experience.
- Computer Literacy
- Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
- Experience leading/supervising staff
- Experience with adults with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Ability to drive large passenger vans or willingness to be trained.
- Maintain required certifications in CPR, first aid, infectious diseases and other classes (provided)
