Location: Concord, MA (New Facility)

Schedule: PRN / As Needed (Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience) plus shift differentials

We are excited to announce the opening of our newest adult Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment facility in Concord, MA. This is an opportunity to join a new program at launch and make a meaningful impact on clients’ recovery journeys.

Position Summary: We are seeking reliable and motivated PRN Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to provide as-needed support to clients and clinical staff. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible, on‑call work while contributing to a safe, structured, and therapeutic treatment environment.

• Assist with client admissions, including paperwork and orientation
• Document client behavior and interactions in shift logs
• Maintain a safe, supportive milieu through regular checks and crisis intervention when needed
• Support client activities, including groups, recreation, and 12-step meetings
• Monitor medication line and assist with distribution under appropriate supervision
• Transport clients to off‑site appointments or activities as needed
• Ensure adherence to daily schedules and treatment expectations
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Prior experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or a related setting preferred

• Be part of a newly launched treatment program in Concord, MA
• PRN scheduling with flexibility to pick up shifts as available
