Job Description:
The Senior Engineer will play a key role in delivering high-quality structural engineering design across a variety of projects. This role blends strong technical expertise with project leadership. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, client-focused, and deadline-driven environment, taking initiative and anticipating challenges. As a Senior Engineer, you will mentor junior staff, guide projects, and foster a culture of learning and growth within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 5+ years of structural engineering experience (Senior Engineer I) or 8+ years (Senior Engineer II)
- Proven experience in project leadership and client interaction
- Proficiency in Excel, Revit, and RISA analysis software (or equivalent)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Goal-oriented and eager to grow professionally
