Job DescriptionAs a Fuel Delivery Dispatcher
, you will be the central nervous system of our operations, ensuring our drivers and customers are supported with seamless logistics and communication. This is a critical role that requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to act with a sense of urgency.
- Route Management: Strategically determine and manage daily routes for a group of 5-10 drivers, making real-time adjustments to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor driver progress, manage time and attendance, and coordinate daily activities with account managers.
- Customer and Driver Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls and driver communications, addressing service requests, issues, and questions effectively.
- Safety & Efficiency: Actively promote a positive safety culture and work to improve the productivity of our driving staff.
- Data & Reporting: Monitor fuel prices and loading preferences and assist with data collection for our incentive pay programs.

Qualifications Required- Previous experience as a dispatcher or a Class A/B driver.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Other duties as needed or assigned
- Knowledge of the Concord and Bay Area geography is a significant plus.
This is a full-time, salaried position with a starting pay of $70,304 to $73,000 annually
, depending on experience.
