P2P Transformation Center is a boutique fitness facility located in Concord. Since 2011 we have helped thousands of people and now operate four locations. We specialize in helping everyday people achieve their fitness goals.

We are seeking a full‑time Fitness Coach who will be the driving force behind our client results and growth. As a coach, you will conduct group and small‑group training sessions, nurture client relationships, and support community building. You will also lead sales meetings using our sales‑free enrollment process to propel the company to new heights.

• Conduct personal training sessions, group classes, and fitness assessments based on our proprietary and proven formula.
• Develop and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs.
• Motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted advisor and problem solver.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training environment.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest fitness trends and certifications.
• Continuously expand knowledge of products and industry trends to deliver exceptional value to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

• Ability to connect and relate to community members effectively.
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA).
• Passionate about fitness and committed to personal health & wellness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Base salary with an attractive commission and bonus structure, rewarding outstanding performance ($52,000–$100,000 per year).
