Pay Range: $70,000 to $140,000 annually including bonus + commission

• Repair, replace, and service residential plumbing systems in accordance with plumbing code specifications
• Troubleshoot a wide range of residential plumbing issues including those concealed behind walls, in ceilings, attics, crawl spaces, and underground
• Perform cleaning services for sewer lines, kitchen and laundry lines, toilets, bathtubs, showers, sinks, and storm drains
• Accurately prepare written estimates and clearly communicate costs and solutions to customers in plain language they can understand
• Research and order parts for customer jobs and keep your service vehicle properly stocked and inventoried
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or solutions that genuinely benefit the homeowner
• Meet goals focused on expanding your knowledge in customer service and the plumbing industry
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the needs of the Company.

• 2 or more years of hands‑on experience in residential plumbing service
• Strong diagnostic skills
• A genuine commitment to customer service
• Ability to accurately prepare written estimates and explain them confidently to customers
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
• Comfortable working extended hours, evenings, or weekends when needed
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and stairs, kneel, crouch, and crawl as required by the job
• GED or high school diploma
