Senior Sales Executive - Global Forwarding

• Manage customer interactions by fostering relationships, making calls, and closing deals
• Identify and engage new customers through CRM, calls, and face‑to‑face visits
• Execute sales activities to meet or exceed revenue targets, presenting tailored solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers to ensure account success
• Utilize CRM tools to track opportunities and maintain accurate records

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 4 years of operations experience from a freight forwarder or outside sales experience
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory, minimum 3‑4 days per week
• Strong ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented individual with a focus on business profitability

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Advanced knowledge of logistical concepts and supply chain terminology
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
