Established in 2024, the company has expanded from three cemetery properties in Alabama to operations in six states. With a dynamic leadership team and an innovative approach, BMG modernizes an industry traditionally resistant to change through organic growth and acquisitions.

Full‑time, on‑site Sales Manager responsible for overseeing performance and development of cemeteries, implementing effective strategies to meet revenue targets, and cultivating a customer‑focused approach to service delivery. Responsibilities include developing sales plans, mentoring and training team members, monitoring sales metrics, establishing relationships with clients, and collaborating with other departments to align sales efforts with company objectives.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Experience in team leadership, performance management, and staff mentorship.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
• Proficiency in strategic planning, sales forecasting, and growth strategy implementation.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Adaptability to a dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience in the funeral, cremation, or cemetery industry is beneficial but not required.
• Coachable, driven, goal‑oriented, solution‑focused mindset.
• Documented sales achievements are preferred.

Base salary $75,000 – $100,000 per year, plus commissions, performance bonuses, and other incentives.
