Average annual compensation ranges from $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate with uncapped commission. Employees earn paid time off at no less than 40 hours per year during the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. َّPaid sick leave is provided in accordance with applicable state law.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods (including November–December).
• Minimum age 18.
• Experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
