Lead and manage the Enterprise Account Team focused on T-Mobile's Enterprise Sales growth and revenue generation. Motivate and coach the team to achieve strong performance results.
The Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales oversees a team of strategic sales professionals focusing on large Enterprise and Global accounts, primarily F1000, with reporting to the Director of Enterprise. This role involves developing strategies to drive revenue and sales growth using T-Mobile for Business products like Voice, Data, UCC, IoT, and Connected solutions.
Job Responsibilities- Lead and guide a high-performing team of Enterprise Sales Client Partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Recruit and develop top sales talent.
- Deeply understand customer needs and leverage T-Mobile solutions to meet them.
- Prioritize opportunities, craft sales strategies, and meet revenue targets.
- Expand presence within Enterprise & Global Accounts and MNCs.
- Employ consultative selling to identify opportunities and position solutions.
- Manage existing accounts and lead long-term sales cycles.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- High School Diploma/GED required;
Bachelor's degree preferred. - 5+ years of Fortune 1000 Sales Management experience.
- 5+ years of Outside Sales experience with Fortune 1000 companies.
- 5+ years in Technology Sales/Wireless industry.
- Proven skills in Sales Management and Account Management.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Travel required.
Total target cash pay range: $191,800 - $346,200, including incentives. Base pay range: $134,260 - $242,340. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), stock plans, paid time off, parental leave, tuition assistance, and more. For details, visit
