Pay Range: per hour. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will bring an authentic, fun and energic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales & Build Relationships:
Hit sales targets and exceed expectations by connecting with customers and building lasting relationships. Help new and returning customers in finding products that meet their needs. - Become a Vision Expert:

- Passion for Customer Service:
Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but your enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is key. - Sales Savvy:
