Job Location:

San Leandro, CA

Salary: $15.00 - $31.74 per hour (or $64,000 - $80,000 annually). Bonus or incentive eligible.

Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (overtime as needed).

• Greet guests upon arriving in the showroom, learn their motivation, and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor.
• Communicate appointment policy optimally.
• Manage customer sign‑ins, appointment book, and customer job folders.
• Maintain bid follow‑up system and prepare literature packages.
• Address thank‑you cards to customers for full house selections.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload to balance multiple demands and meet timelines.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail in task‑oriented responsibilities.
• Analytical thinking with an eye for business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $31.74 per hour.

This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
