• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, at testing centers, and via tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly clinical rounds and continuous learning.
• Collaborate daily with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize your clinical training to perform in-office procedures.

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• Licensed in California by your One Medical start date.
• At least 2 years in outpatient primary care or 1 year with a primary care fellowship (or equivalent). Experienced in urgent care setting optional.
• Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures is a plus.

Base salary range: $164,700 – $175,000 full‑time. Additional pay may be determined for exceeding qualifications.

Relocation assistance may be available for this role.
