Role DescriptionWe are currently seeking a litigation attorney with a minimum of 7 years of experience
, particularly in areas such as employment discrimination, wrongful termination, catastrophic personal injury, civil rights, premise liability, commercial disputes, and insurance defense.
Employment law experience is highly desirable

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience managing all phases of litigation, including:
- Initial investigations and written discovery
- Conducting depositions and expert retention
- Mediation and settlement negotiations
- Pre-trial motions and submissions
- Trial preparation and representation
In addition, candidates must possess strong legal writing skills, particularly with dispositive motions, and demonstrate the ability to develop effective litigation strategies.
