Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a GenAI Developer
- Quantitative Analytics Specialist 4 - x1- RFP to join their team. As a GenAI Developer
- Quantitative Analytics Specialist 4 - x1- RFP, you will be part of the Advanced Analytics Department supporting the Quantitative Research and Data Science teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Scientist/ AI Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid (3 days on site)

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models leveraging Gen AI and large language models such as Gemini to solve complex financial problems.
• Create and optimize scalable data pipelines to process large volumes of structured and unstructured data for real-time analytics and model training.
• Fine-tune large language models through prompt engineering to enhance performance in banking applications like credit risk analysis and financial document processing.
• Manage and develop Gemini model endpoints, ensuring seamless integration into production systems for actionable insights and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, business analysts, and banking professionals to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions aligned with business goals.

• At least 3+ years of experience in Data Science with a focus on Gen AI and AI/ML in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in Python and experience working with Jupyter notebooks for model development, experimentation, and evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) such as Gemini, GPT, or BERT, including model fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of Gen AI technologies, including building, tuning, and deploying models using LLM frameworks.
• Experience in developing and managing data pipelines using tools like Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, or similar technologies.
