We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Director of Information Technology to join our leadership team. As the single-threaded leader for all technology, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and management of our entire IT ecosystem — spanning enterprise applications, infrastructure, security, and operations — with Odoo (ERP) serving as a foundational business platform within a broader, mission‑critical technology environment.

This is a high-impact leadership role where success depends on balancing ERP ownership, infrastructure reliability, security, and team leadership. You will ensure our technology landscape is stable, secure, and scalable to support our 24/7 services and company growth. Partnering closely with stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, you will align technology investments to real business outcomes while building and mentoring a strong IT team.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy and technology roadmap that balances enterprise applications, infrastructure, and security priorities.
• Serve as the primary technology advisor to senior leadership, translating technical capabilities — including ERP and cloud platforms — into clear business value.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.

• Oversee the management, optimization, and integration of core business applications, ensuring systems work cohesively across the organization.
• Serve as the executive owner for Odoo (ERP) and Five9, ensuring platforms are stable, scalable, and aligned to business processes — without losing focus on broader IT operations.
• Partner with business leaders to improve workflows, reporting, and automation through thoughtful use of ERP and supporting tools.
• Manage the full lifecycle of business applications, from implementation through ongoing enhancement and governance.

• Ensure the 24/7/365 reliability, performance, and scalability of infrastructure supporting critical business and ERP operations.
• Oversee cloud environments (Azure/AWS), networking, endpoints, and MSP partnerships to deliver consistent and secure technology services.
• Maintain strong disaster recovery and business continuity practices across all systems.

• Lead IT security strategy across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
• Implement governance frameworks, access controls, and policies to protect sensitive company and customer data.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including HIPAA and CCPA.
• Manage vendor relationships across ERP, infrastructure, and service providers.
• Develop and oversee the IT budget, balancing operational stability, security investments, and system modernization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Hands‑on experience supporting or administering Odoo (ERP) within a broader enterprise IT environment.
• Strong technical foundation across infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and enterprise security.
• Experience leading IT teams supporting both business applications and operational technology.
• Familiarity with regulated environments (HIPAA, CCPA).
• Strong vendor management, budgeting, and executive communication skills.

• Experience supporting 24/7 or high‑availability environments.
• Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ITIL, or Odoo Administrator.
• Background in healthcare technology, medical device, or life‑safety service environments.
