Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of recent experience and HCHB EMR proficiency.
Responsibilities- Home health setting covering geriatric patient population
- Day shifts, 5x8 hours from 8:00 to 17:00
- Average of 5-7 patients per day
- Assignment covers up to a 60-mile radius from the main office with territory flexibility required
- On-call required every 3rd to 4th weekend
- Oasis experience preferred
- HCHB EMR experience required
- Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
- iPad provided for work use
- Role involves providing occupational therapy to geriatric patients in their homes
- First-time travelers are accepted for this position
- Dress code requires scrubs of any color; jeans are not permitted
- Local candidates are accepted at the travel rate
- Current Occupational Therapist license in hand (license required if applicable)
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a similar role
- BLS certification required
- Proficiency with HCHB EMR system
- Flexibility in covering a wide geographic territory
