Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 1 year recent experience and proficiency in HCHB EMR for geriatric home health care.
Responsibilities- Home health setting covering the East Team territory
- Day shift position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Average caseload of 5 to 7 geriatric patients per day
- On-call required every 3rd to 4th weekend
- Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the office hub
- Oasis experience preferred
- HCHB EMR experience required
- Locals accepted and paid at the travel rate
- Provide occupational therapy services to geriatric patients in their homes
- Flexibility with territory assignments is expected
- Scrubs required; any color permitted except jeans
- iPad provided for work duties
- Mileage reimbursed at the standard IRS rate
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Active Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
- Minimum 1 year of recent home health OT experience
- Current BLS certification required
- Proficient with HCHB EMR
- Flexibility to travel throughout the assigned territory
