Responsibilities- Perform face‑to‑face initial and ongoing nurse assessments per state license requirements and/or for Long‑Term Care Insurance assessments.
- Obtain patient history, medical history, family history, social history, physical examination including vital signs, systemic assessment, pain assessment.
- Functional assessment of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): assessment of bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility.
- Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs): assessment of finances, transportation, shopping, medication management.
- Above‑average pay ($100 per assessment)

- Valid and active RN license in California.
- Proven experience conducting thorough assessments and developing care plans.
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance standards in non‑medical home care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to train and support caregivers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Empathetic, patient‑centered approach to care delivery.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Knowledge of LTCI assessments is a plus.

Working Hours- Working hours may vary based on client needs; may include evenings and weekends.
