We’re hiring an Operations Field Supervisor to manage and support the day‑to‑day operations, including facilitation of internal communication between field staff and management, outside agency interface, system status monitoring, short‑term scheduling, equipment and supply maintenance, and other operational support functions as assigned by the Manager of Operations.

• Provide direction and oversight to EMTs, Paramedics, and other operational support staff as necessary.
• Maintain familiarity with and interpret operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure quality field operations through daily contact, oversight, communication, and evaluation.
• Assess daily equipment, supply, and vehicle needs; coordinate service as necessary with the Materials Management Department.
• Reconcile ticket‑work daily in conjunction with ticket‑work staff.
• Bring 100% of operational response exceptions to closure with appropriate action.
• Respond to and resolve customer and staff inquiries and complaints consistently and timely.
• Investigate events involving assigned units or staff, complete internal reports, notify operational leadership, counsel, reinforce policy, and recommend training as required to CES.
• Share on‑call coordinator duties as required.
• Maintain punctual and regular attendance.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or GED; some advanced education preferred.
• Current CPR, PHTLS, and ACLS certification, or equivalent credentials.
• No written disciplinary action within the past six (6) months of employment.
• Current CA State Paramedic Certification and required licenses and certifications for the paramedic position at AMR of California.
• Minimum of three (3) years of full‑time Paramedic experience, with at least one (1) year in county AMR; supervisory experience considered.
