Job Description Education
- Bachelor of Science in Biology, Biochemistry or Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science, or Microbiology - Required
Additional Experience Requirements:
If no B.S Degree in the above areas, must have a Bachelor's Degree with specific completed course requirements outlined below:
- 16 semester or equivalent quarter units of chemistry, which must include clinical chemistry or analytical and biochemistry.
- 18 semester or equivalent quarter units of biology, which must include hematology, immunology, and medical microbiology.
- 3 semester or equivalent quarter units of physics (light and electricity).
- CLS Clinical Lab Scientist (MTA) - California Department of Public Health - Laboratory Field Service or
- Clinical Microbiologist Scientist - California Department of Public Health - Laboratory Field Service - Required
Every Other Weekend Rotation
Work Shift:
08:0 - 20:00 - 04:30 No Waive (United States of America)
Pay Range: $62.53 - $84.40 Hourly
Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.
