Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Concord, CA for a Senior Project Manager role. The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. The role involves driving project timelines, conducting inspections, managing logistics, and coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. The Senior Project Manager will ensure successful project execution while meeting compliance, quality, and safety requirements.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing project lifecycle activities
  • Proficiency in Expediting and serving as an Expeditor to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Skills in Inspection and quality control to uphold safety and compliance standards
  • Understanding of Logistics Management for effective coordination of resources and materials
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with stakeholders such as clients, subcontractors, and team members
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in the construction or environmental engineering industry
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with project management software tools is a plus
