Our team works together to help students build communication, social, academic, and life skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
We are hiring both full-time and part-time paraprofessionals who want meaningful work and growth within a supportive organization. This position is ideal for individuals interested in special education, psychology, ABA therapy, child development, or behavioral health careers.
Position DetailsLocation:
Martinez & Concord, CA.
Schedule:
In-person.
- Full-Time:
Up to 40 hours per week. - Part-Time:
Flexible scheduling with a minimum of 12 hours / 3 days per week. - Hours available between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days (paid training provided).

What We’re Looking For- Passionate about helping children succeed.
- Patient, positive, and team-oriented.
- Interested in special education or behavioral health.
- Comfortable supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, or related field preferred.
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella).
- Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis).
- Varicella (Chicken Pox).
- Hepatitis
B. - TB clearance within the past 4 years.
