Unitek College is hiring an Admissions Representative at our beautiful campus in Concord. The Admissions department follows a consultative sales process with prospective students. Most duties involve contacting potential students who have expressed interest, scheduling interviews, and collecting documents for those interested in applying.

• Respond to inquiries from potential students
• Make daily outbound phone calls to gauge interest and schedule interviews
• Present career planning options during in-person or virtual interview sessions
• Follow up with interested students to answer questions and collect admissions documents
• Document contact with students in the student information database (Nexus/Campus Vue)

• A proactive demeanor and excellent listening skills
• Passion for the value of higher education
• Energy and organizational skills for maintaining contact with multiple students weekly
• Dependability for being at work, arriving on time, and following instructions
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of successful work experience in Sales (strongly preferred)
• Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience (including admissions experience)
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
• Excellent presentation skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job weekly

$60,000 – $75,000 (depending on education and experience with Admissions)

• Medical, Dental and Vision starting the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment
