We’re seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to prepare accurate, competitive bids and help win high-impact civil construction projects
. In this role, you’ll collaborate with senior estimators, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver high-quality estimates and drive project success.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs (AGTEK, Bluebeam)
- Analyze risks, support value engineering, and improve bid competitiveness
- Work closely with clients and internal teams from bid to contract review
- 5+ years in civil construction, with 2+ years in estimating
- Strong Excel skills; experience with AGTEK, Bluebeam, Primavera
- HCSS Heavy Bid experience highly preferred
