We are growing from 22 locations to 45+ locations through 2026 and are seeking experienced automotive technicians to join a supportive, dynamic team where your skills are valued.

We are looking for technicians who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and are excited to contribute to a rapidly expanding company.

• Bonus opportunities
  : SMOG Inspection Cert - $3,000; A Tech - $24,000 (paid over 12 months); B Tech - $18,000 (paid over 12 months); C Tech/Tire Tech - $10,000 (paid over 12 months)
• Base Hourly Pay
  :
• A Level
  : 7-10+ years of experience — $45-$60/hr plus performance bonus
• B Level
  : 2-7 years of experience — $32-$45/hr plus performance bonus
• C Level
  : 6 months-2 years of experience — $25-$32/hr plus performance bonus
• Additional pay: $24-$27/hr plus performance bonus

As a technician, you will diagnose and repair a variety of automotive systems, work closely with a dedicated team, and engage with customers to provide high-quality, transparent service. You will be supported by resources to thrive in your role.

Experience varies by level:

• A Level: 7-10+ years of automotive experience
• B Level: 2-7 years of automotive experience
• C Level: 6 months-2 years of automotive experience
