Eco Solar is a growing clean energy company based in Concord, California, specializing in solar pool heating, renewable energy solutions, and sustainable home systems. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to support this growth and help shape the company's internal operations.

The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day office administration, operational coordination, and internal process development. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive professional who enjoys creating structure, streamlining processes, and supporting leadership in a fast-paced, growing environment. The position will begin part-time, with a clear path to full-time employment as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative functions
  • Create, document, and improve internal systems, procedures, and workflows
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and leadership scheduling
  • Assist with invoicing, accounts payable, and receivable
  • Support employee onboarding and basic HR administration
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal communication and office needs
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or Operations Coordinator
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-directed work style
  • Experience supporting small businesses, startups, or scaling companies preferred
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, or HR administration is a plus
  • Interest in renewable energy, solar power, or sustainability preferred
