Your Responsibilities as a CNA:
- Promote a safe environment and maintain clear pathways while providing care.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
- Support ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
- Follow the assignment sheet/service plan, performing only the tasks assigned.
- Recognize, report, and document any changes in patient/client conditions to your supervisor.
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent).
- An active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Michigan.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
- A compassionate nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
