Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pinpoint Global Logistics is seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Operator to join our team in East Rancho Dominguez. This role is hands‑on and operationally critical, supporting export consolidation, air freight, and 3PL fulfillment activities.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing things correctly, especially when it comes to safe cargo handling, security compliance, and careful loading practices.

• Load ocean containers using proper block and brace methods, ensuring cargo safety and stability (photo documentation required)
• Palletize cargo and apply shrink wrap securely
• Assist with 3PL and fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, and inventory handling
• Build airline pallets (ULDs) according to load plans and manifests
• Load and unload airfreight ULDs
• Load and unload ocean containers
• Process inbound cargo by:
  • Retrieving weight and dimensions
  • Completing on‑hand documentation
  • Entering required operational data
• Carefully pack goods into cartons for shipment
• Maintain compliance with TSA and facility security procedures

All candidates must be able to pass a TSA background check.

• Forklift operation experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to safely and carefully package goods
• Physical ability to lift, move, and handle freight throughout the shift

• Experience with TSA and DSA security procedures
• Experience with CTPAT security protocols
• Experience loading and unloading containers
• Experience building and breaking down airfreight ULDs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
