Sales Account Manager

Overview

Are you a Sales Account Manager? Do you have 1-5 years of experience working within inside sales? We may have a position for you! We are currently looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our client in Rancho Dominguez. The ideal candidate has experience with the aerospace industry, processing incoming sales quotes, customer service skills, and ability to collaborate with colleagues across different departments.

• Process incoming sales quotes promptly and accurately using our internal systems and tools.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with customers by providing outstanding service and support throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
• Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Actively seek feedback from customers and colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the sales process.
