Base Pay Range

$17.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.

• Unload trucks and stock new freight.
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts (if required).
• Maintain a clean and organized backroom.
• Ensure proper storage of merchandise according to company standards.

• Ability to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts (required for certain shifts).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
