Key Responsibilities Production Line Monitoring
- In-process quality checks according to the QA inspection plan (Hourly basis)
- Conduct daily inspection according to the QA program
- Conduct monthly inspection according to the QA program
- Monitor employee GMP compliance daily and provide immediate corrective action when production staff deviate from the standard
- Monitor process parameters and ensure all controls are functioning effectively.
- Verify machine cleanliness before and during production.
- Record all inspection results accurately in QA forms or digital systems.
- Report any non-conformance (NC) immediately to production supervisors and QA managers.
- Assist in root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with Company policy, GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, and company food safety programs.
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing necessary records and information.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas and follow all food safety protocols.
- Strong skills in document organization and management (A must)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in English and Spanish as this role have to report to me by email daily
