Position Overview:

The Material Handler will be responsible for moving, organizing, and storing materials and products in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting. This role plays a key part in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and that products are handled with care and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Safely and efficiently move materials and products to designated locations within the warehouse.

* Load and unload materials from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manually as needed.

* Ensure accurate inventory management by labeling and organizing stock, and conducting regular cycle counts.

* Inspect incoming materials for damage and report any issues to supervisors.

* Assist with order picking, packaging, and staging materials for shipment.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

* Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.

* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

* Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Previous warehouse or material handling experience is preferred but not required.

* Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training available if needed).

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

* Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

* Flexibility to work overtime or weekends if required.
