We are currently seeking a Machine Operator for our Rancho Dominguez, California facility. This position will be on the 2nd shift which is 3:00PM-3:30AM, Monday through Thursday. Pay rate is $21.45 per hour and up depending on experience.
Operate all key manufacturing equipment to produce plastic compounds for unique and specialty customer applications. Works safely to protect themselves, their coworkers, and the facility by following all standard operating procedures. Engaged in process measurement, control, and improvement in all aspects of their assigned tasks. Learns and understands key operating parameters which ensure that only in specification and high‑quality product is delivered to our customers.

Education/
Experience:
High School Diploma/GED.
Skills/Knowledge/Ability:
- Employee will have strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of running an extruder or mixing equipment.
- Ability to learn pre and post production equipment and operations (drying, bagging, grinding etc.)
- General mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot problems
