About This RoleThe Scheduling Manager builds and leads the scheduling function for the my Place Health PACE program—designing workflows, team structure, and KPIs that deliver timely, coordinated access to primary care, specialists, therapies, assessments, and transportation.
This newly created role blends hands‑on operations with strategic planning: you’ll stand up scalable processes, optimize tools and dashboards, and drive a high‑performing, participant‑centered culture.
