We are seeking a part‑time Finance Manager to lead the firm’s finance function and support its growth as a leading fundraising consultancy for charities and nonprofits.

The role covers financial governance, reporting, budgeting, analysis, and day‑to‑day operations, offering autonomy and the chance to shape finance processes in a professional services environment.

Based in Leamington Spa with hybrid options, this position is ideal for a detail‑driven finance professional who thrives in a small, collaborative team.

• Lead and manage the finance function, including governance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Prepare management reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations, accounts payable/receivable, cash management, and payroll as applicable.
• Support fundraising activities and provide financial insights to drive growth for charities and nonprofits.

• Part‑time availability and a proven track record in financial management within professional services or fundraising sectors.
• Strong knowledge of financial governance, budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small team and manage external partners or vendors as needed.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with fundraising and nonprofit sector considerations is a plus.
