Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Assistant housed in Compton, CA. The HR & Admin Assistant will perform a variety of tasks including supporting the HR department with recruitment processes, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. This role also involves providing executive administrative support, organizing office operations, and offering high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Additionally, the HR & Admin Assistant will assist in the coordination of daily administrative activities to ensure smooth business operations on-site.

Qualifications
  • Good command of both Chinese and English for daily work communication.
  • Human Resources (HR) experience, including recruitment, employee file management, and onboarding
  • Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance for effectively supporting senior management and general office operations
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service capabilities to foster a positive workplace environment and address stakeholder needs effectively
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently
  • Proficiency in office software tools and HR systems is preferred
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
  • A bachelor’s degree or certifications in business administration or HR is an advantage
