• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Data entry into accounting systems
• Payment processing and collections
• Support monthly summary reports
• Assist with documentation and procedure manual projects

• Basic accounting knowledge or bookkeeping experience
• Business‑level Japanese
• Conversational English
• Detail‑oriented and reliable
• Comfortable working in an office environment
