Responsabilità
Gestire le Guest Relations e fornire assistenza Concierge agli ospiti.
Operare il Virtual Concierge usando gli strumenti Marriott.
Monitorare la reputazione e il feedback dei clienti, gestendo tempestivamente le lamentele.
Collaborare strettamente con tutti i reparti dell'hotel.
Formazione e sviluppo
