Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or aged care sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A passion for helping others and enhancing the lives of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, providing information about services, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
Customer Service:
Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve client issues or complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating matters as necessary.
Communication:
Maintain regular communication with clients to assess their needs and ensure their care plans are being met.
Documentation:
Accurately record client interactions, updates, and feedback.
Collaboration:
Work closely with care staff and management to ensure seamless service delivery and a holistic approach to client care.
