The Key Lead ensures all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as Floor Supervisor, the key lead guides and coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates, drives store performance through customer experience, and supports team achievement of daily sales.

• Work schedule requirements
  • Schedule will vary weekly; expect to work at least 12–16 hours per week.
  • Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma / GED preferred.

  Experience:
  
  At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
