In Home Nursing LPN - Trach/Vent Infant

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for high acuity infant care.

TBD – full‑time, part‑time, PRN, flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Commerce, GA – home health visits with tablet documentation.

High acuity. Infant with trach/vent, tube feeding, and complex monitoring.

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (compact license must be transferred within 90 days).
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component) – Aveanna will assist if required.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months or more of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
