General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead operations at a high-volume distribution and fulfillment facility in Pendergrass, GA. This role is responsible for overseeing all site functions, driving operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing a strong leadership team in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

The General Manager will play a critical role in achieving safety, quality, productivity, and financial goals while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.

Location: Commerce, GA

Schedule: 1st Shift

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all warehouse and fulfillment functions
• Drive a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Oversee inbound, outbound, inventory control, and returns operations
• Manage site P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
• Establish and monitor KPIs to improve productivity, accuracy, and service levels
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team across multiple shifts
• Partner with customers to ensure service expectations and SLAs are consistently met
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and operational best practices
• Ensure workforce planning aligns with volume fluctuations and peak demands
• Maintain compliance with company policies, labor laws, and operational procedures
• Support facility startup, transition, or expansion initiatives as needed

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred — or equivalent leadership experience
• 10+ years of leadership experience in distribution, fulfillment, or 3PL operations
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Site Leader, General Manager, or equivalent)
• Proven experience managing high-volume, fast-paced operations
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
• Demonstrated success leading large teams and developing leaders
• Experience with WMS platforms, labor management systems, and KPI reporting
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or retail distribution

• Startup, site launch, or major operational transition experience
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certifications
• 3PL experience
• Requires frequent floor presence and ability to navigate warehouse operations
