Overview
We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse operations at a high-volume distribution and fulfillment facility in Pendergrass, GA. This role is responsible for supervising frontline leadership, driving safety and performance standards, and ensuring operational goals are met in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
The Operations Manager plays a critical role in executing site strategy, supporting continuous improvement, and delivering consistent service to customers.

Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations across inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and inventory control
- Lead and develop Supervisors and Team Leads to drive performance and engagement
- Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies
- Monitor productivity, quality, and accuracy metrics; implement corrective actions as needed
- Support labor planning and staffing to align with daily volume and peak demands
- Ensure adherence to customer service level agreements (SLAs)
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiency initiatives
- Partner with maintenance, safety, HR, and inventory teams to support site goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready facility
- Support startup, transition, or expansion activities as required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred — or equivalent leadership experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience in distribution, fulfillment, or 3PL operations
- Experience supervising frontline leaders in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with WMS, RF scanners, and productivity tracking systems
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Startup or site launch experience
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or retail distribution
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training
- Requires frequent floor presence and ability to navigate warehouse operations
