Warehouse Lead

Pay: $27/hour

Location: Torrance, CA

We are looking for an Inventory Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations for aircraft parts, materials, and tooling. This role ensures accurate receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping to support maintenance teams and reduce aircraft downtime. You’ll guide a small team, maintain safety and FAA/AS9100 compliance, and help resolve inventory issues.

• Oversee daily inventory, shipping, receiving, and material handling.
• Ensure accurate part receipt, storage, and transactions using RF scanners and ERP systems.
• Support aircraft maintenance needs with on-time parts availability.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and assist with cycle counts.
• Lead and train warehouse staff; maintain a safe, compliant workspace.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment.

• 3–5+ years warehouse/logistics experience.
• 1–2+ years in a lead or supervisor role (aviation/aerospace/MRO preferred).
• Experience with inventory control, shipping/receiving, RF scanners, ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Intermediate Level

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Commerce, CA.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
